After creating an account and placing your order you will receive two notifications from us:
After completing the check-out process you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. This confirmation includes billing and shipping address, ordered products, quantities and prices as well as payment and shipping method. Please check that all data is correct. You can correct orders after login into "My Account" or ask us through "Contact Us" to make changes on your behalf.
You will receive a second email from us after we dispatched your parcel. This email includes the tracking number and the link to our shipping partners, so that you can track the progress of the delivery.
