Returns & Refunds
You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns for personalized products as well as for downloaded digital goods.
We do not accept returns form food for hygiene reasons. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. NIHON ICHIBAN will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
You must contact our customer service and receive a return number prior to returning an item to us to receive a refund.
