How do I place an order?
Please add the products you wish to order to the shopping card and proceed to check-out. You will then be guided through the shipping and payment steps.
Do I need an account to order?
During the check-out process, you will have the opportunity to create an account or check out as a guest. Creating and account allows you to log back in in the future to check your order status, order history, and to more efficiently make purchases in the future.
In case you check out as a guest, you will only be asked to provide your billing and shipping address.
I placed an order, but made a mistake, what should I do?
In any case, please contact us as soon as possible: email@example.com
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible, so if we do not
receive an update soon, we might have already shipped your order.
In case you created an account, you are able to log back in and cancel
your order if needed.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, we can gift wrap your order. Please select the gift option during the check-out process. You can also add a gift message and give us additional instruction in the order comment field.
I need a customized/bulk order!
If you place a bulk order, shipping weight might exceed 30kg and our shop cannot calculate the shipping costs. Please contact our sales support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will preparing a quotation for a bulk shipment to your country. Click here if you need a personalized product.
What are my payment options?

My status says “Payment Review” or "Pending Payment", what happens now?
In case you used PayPal in combination with bank transfer or echeque, PayPal keeps the status "Payment Review" until they confirmed receipt of your payment. Your order ships after PayPal confirmed the payment to us and the order status then automatically changes to "Processing".
In case your order status is "Pending Payment" your payment did not go through. This can happen for various reasons, such as:
- Technical problems on our side
- Your credit card is not approved for overseas payment
- The order amount exceeds the available credit limit of your card
Do you ship to my country?
We ship word-wide to all countries service by Japan Post.
How will you ship my order?
Your order will ship by Japan Post and be delivered through your local postal service. Depending on the shipping weight you will be offered various shipping methods during check-out. The shipping options differ on speed, tracking and price.
Will I be able to track my order?
If you selected registered mail or express mail as shipping method during check-out you will be able to track your order on this website. Parcels shipped by airmail are very economical but do not offer tracking.
When will my order arrive?
Express order usually arrive within 4-5 days and orders shipped by airmail or registered usually arrive within two weeks.
Will I have to pay custom duties?
Custom duties or local taxes have to be paid by you. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions related to the import of products from Japan.
