The Umami comes from high quality shiitake mushroom, kombu kelp, bonito flakes and soy sauce. It has a deep and rich flavor.

MARUSHO is a traditional maker of rice vinegars since 1879. All their products are additive-free, all-natural, and made with water from the local waterfall in traditional wooden vats.
