Make traditional Japanese Sweets at home!
Yomogi Mochi, also called "kusa (grass) mochi" is made with Japanese mugwort, which adds the green color to the mochi as well as nutritional benefits. Mugwort is often referred to as "the queen of herbs" and contains dietary fiber, chlorophyll, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2. In Japan it is traditionally used as medicinal food! The bitter flavor brings out the sweetness of the anko paste - a combination that makes a unique traditional Japanese sweet. The set makes 10 Yomogi mochi - great for parties, events and sharing with your loved ones! 

All you need is: 

◆ Ingredients: Yomogi Mochi DIY set, Sugar

◆ Tools: Microwave oven or pot, heat-resistant bowl/container, cloth, measuring spoon, measuring cup, (rice-) scoop, scraper, plastic wrap, tea strainer
