Founded in Tokyo in 1899, Hirota Glass has established itself as one of the pioneers of Japanese Glassware. They have created their own signature style combining Japanese traditional craftsmanship with European designs.
These glass chopsticks are a unique design that is hardly ever seen. Due to the twisting design, the chopsticks are easy to use and surprisingly comfortable to hold.
They are 25 cm long and can therefore perfectly be used as serving chopsticks. Choose between full-glass or with a hint of gold leaf! Either way, these chopsticks will certainly brighten up your table, shining in the day- or candle light...
HIROTA GLASS was founded back in 1899 as a glassware tableware store in Tokyo. About fifteen years later they started to actually produce Kiriko cut glasses, making a foundation for their core business today.
Hirota Glass has over time established itself as a pioneer in the Japanese Handmade Glassware industry and has become well known and awarded for their signature style; combining European traditional glassmaking techniques with Japanese traditional post-war designs.
