Miso is a very healthy, traditional Japanese ingredient, made from fermented soy beans. Create authentic Japanese recipes, or add a little bit to your soup or dressing to give a new twist to Western recipes by introducing pure "umami" flavor.

IICHI represents top-class, traditionally hand made miso, prepared with carefully selected ingredients, and family recipes they have used for 7 generations! They use water from the Hakone volcano system in Kanagawa (near Mount Fuji).
