Ochazuke is a traditional Japanese dish made by pouring tea or (katsuo/kombu) dashi over cooked rice. By combining different flavors and toppings you can enjoy endless combinations! Try adding umeboshi, shiitake and 'bubu arare'!

Ochazuke is an ideal dish for when you're feeling ill as it generally contains very healthy ingredients and warms you up.
