14 days after receiving your order we will send you an email and ask you to review the products you bought and our performance. This allows to to rate us and we use this information to improve products and our service. Only customers who made a purchase can write a review on our site and the reviews are publish on the product pages. You can leave a review stating your name or select to leave an anonymous review.
In case you contact our help-desk by email you will be asked to give feedback on our support after we closed your ticket. This feedback will also appear on the recent reviews on our homepage. With this procedure we ensure that a support ticket can only be closed if you are happy and that we respond in a timely manner.
You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns for food, personalized products and downloaded digital goods.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. NIHON ICHIBAN will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
You must contact our customer service and receive a return number prior to returning an item to us to receive a refund.
The refund for a return will be processed after we received and inspected the return. The refund is issued to the PayPal or credit card account used when you placed your order.
