Made with glutinous rice and flavored with soy sauce, each flavor adds their own unique style and comes in a different little box. Matsuzaki Senbei was established in 1804 in Tokyo. The third generation established the main shop in Ginza - Tokyo's most prestigious shopping district. Today Matsuzaki Senbei is run by the 6th generation of the Matsuzaki family. Matsuzaki Senbei is well known for its tile shaped kawara senbei and also produces many other exquisite crackers with different flavors and textures.
Ingredients: sticky rice, seaweed, red pepper, black sesame, matcha (green tea powder), soy sauce (incl. soy beans and wheat), sugar, mirin (Japanese cooking rice wine), bonito, shiitake mushroom stock, konbu kelp stock, rice oil, sesame oil, dried onion, shiso, plum vinegar, rice bran, protein hydrolyzate (soy beans), amino acids Allergy: Wheat, soy beans Shelf-life: 80 days from production date. Storage: Senbei are best stored in a dry and dark environment.
