Availability: Out of stock

The Oedo Senbei Set includes the major types of traditional crackers typical for the old city of Tokyo (Edo). The variety of Arare Senbei, Souka Senbei and Kawara Senbei covers a wide range of shapes, flavors and crunchiness. Matsuzaki Senbei is a traditional senbei maker that still commits to traditional methods and old-fashion baking irons, rather than mass production machinery. Their senbei are therefore of excellent quality and perfectly flavored.

Kawara Senbei: sweet tile-shaped senebei made of wheat and often hand painted with motifs.

Souka Senbei: are made from rice flour, round and crunchy, with salty or spicy flavors.

Arare Senbei: made of rice flour, often include seaweed and can be sweet or salty.

This variety set includes a variety of their most popular senbei.
It is a LIMITED EDITION set, only available before New Year's and comes in very limited quantities. The wrapping and painted design are New Year's inspired.

NOTE: This is a limited edition item. The senbei are freshly made by MATSUZAKI. If they run out of stock, we may have to cancel your order. As the best-before date of these fresh senbei is 1.5 months after production, we do NOT recommend shipping per SURFACE MAIL (2-3 months per land and sea).
